Telehealth

Fees & referrals

Not sure which fits?

You don’t have to pick the right box.

Many people come in with a mix of things, like work stress and relationship strain, or a recent event stirring up older memories. The first session is about understanding what’s going on for you. From there, Karen will suggest an approach and talk it through with you.

Sometimes a person’s needs are better supported by a more specialised or intensive service, such as acute crisis support, inpatient care or specialist eating disorder services. If that’s the case, Karen will talk it through with you openly and, where possible, help with a referral to a more suitable service.

Take the next step

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

If you’re considering psychological support, you’re welcome to get in touch to talk about the next step. There’s no pressure and no obligation.
